We provide the following professional services in the UAE:

• Company formation (mainland and freezone)
• Visa services (Golden Visa, family sponsorship, employee visa, etc.)
• Legal translation services
• Document attestation and legalization
• PRO services and government liaison

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documents
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information or documents
• Pay all fees and charges as agreed upon
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of UAE laws
• Inform us immediately of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your application

4. Fees and Payment

Payment terms for our services:

• Service fees are quoted in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless otherwise specified
• A deposit may be required before commencement of services
• Government fees are separate and payable in addition to our service fees
• Prices are subject to change based on government fee revisions
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and the stage of processing

5. Processing Times

All processing times provided are estimates based on normal processing conditions. Actual processing times may vary due to government authority workloads, public holidays, document requirements, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by government authorities or third-party service providers.

6. Application Outcomes

While we strive for 100% success in all applications, the final decision on visa approvals, company registrations, and other government services rests with the relevant UAE authorities. We do not guarantee approval of any application. Our fees cover our professional services and do not guarantee a specific outcome.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and documents. Information will only be shared with relevant government authorities as necessary for processing your requests, or as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coverdale Translation & Services L.L.C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Coverdale Translation & Services L.L.C and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund terms:

• Cancellation before processing begins: Full refund minus administrative fees
• Cancellation after processing begins: Partial refund based on work completed
• Government fees paid are non-refundable
• Document preparation fees may be non-refundable once work has commenced

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
